A One-Off Wrap Ring That Showcases How We Work

From a Personal Sketch to Scalable Process

This project began as a one-off gift: a silver open-band wrap ring featuring two rearing horses. A personal concept. A high bar for detail. The brief was simple—turn a meaningful idea into a finished piece with clarity and craft.

We don’t normally focus on one-offs. But this kind of project lets us show what we do best: turn rough ideas into precise, production-ready forms.

How We Brought It to Life

The process started with vector artwork—two mirrored horse silhouettes. Clean, balanced, expressive. From there, we built a 3D model in ZBrush to sculpt every curve, line, and proportion. Digital modelling let us refine it virtually, checking symmetry and scale before cutting metal.

We bring this same approach to badges, medals, cufflinks and more—where precision matters at volume.

From Prototype to Production Standards

With the model approved, the ring was CNC-machined in sterling silver—no casting, no moulds, just a direct output from our digital workflow. Once machined, it was hand-finished into a ring shape. The surface polished, and quality-checked—built to last, built to wear.

The advantage of a open wrap ring style is that you don’t need to know the final wearer’s ring size. The silver material allows you to squeeze the ring closed slightly to better hug smaller fingers. The horses on either end end up face to face.

These are the same techniques we use at scale: modelling, machining, finishing, and quality control. The workflow doesn’t change. The output just multiplies when we make a die and stamp the piece.

What It Proves

This wasn’t about this adjustable ring. It was about the process behind it.
It showed how we can take something personal, translate it into metal, and still hit the level needed for professional-grade work.

That’s how we approach every project—whether it’s one piece or one thousand. Experienced and adaptable we can take on the challenge.

We help brands, organisations, and design teams turn ideas into products—with the skill, speed, and systems to scale.
